We had a break in at our offices at 3am on Friday. I called Michael at 6AM and he was in our office at 9am. Our break in resulted in all of our computer equipment being stolen including printers. Michael and Jason surveyed the problem and searched for available product. They ordered the product by 3 -4pm. He went into action and had the hardware picked up by 5:30 pm. My two Nerds worked until 10:30 pm Friday night and then retuned Saturday to finish the job. By Monday morning they had us up and running with our mission critical services and have followed up everyday since to ensure things are running smoothly. What separates Michael from other service companies and why we like dealing with him is for a number of reasons. 1) Promptness and ability to prioritize. 2) Very well thought out solutions. 3) Implementation and no run on billings. 4) Follow up, Follow up, and follow up. To summarize, just a great experience and a painless install based on the unpleasant situation we encountered.

We had a geeksquad agent at our home at the time, and we saw this guy finishing up an appointment next door, so we had him come in, and Nerds On Site fixed ALL our problems. I was pleased. Maurice took the time to explain things in sufficient detail that I was able to resolve subsequant problems myself. He was also available for follow-up telephone discussion that helped fix a problem. Finally, he provided good advice on a new purchase. He responded to both telephone calls and e-mail messages very quickly. He was flexible in meeting the time that we had for him to come to the house. His billing was also flexible (unlike your competition) - I had a number of problems that didn't fit into the standard package of services - Maurice took the time to understand, bundled services up to minimize my costs. Good service - I have already recommended Maurice to others looking for a 'fix'! |
